There are a lot of MLM Companies here in the Philippines and their number increases every year. It seems that those who are earning a lot here in our country through MLM know that it's a good idea to put up a Network Marketing company. The idea is good but the execution and implementation will be very hard. That's why many companies here in our country close down early due to lack of knowledge in the business. Let's just look at some of the International MLM companies. Why is it that they don't go down easily? What makes them different from local MLM companies? Why do people like local MLMs than International ones? This is what I'll discuss here one by one.




Why some Filipinos choose Filipino Owned MLM companies 

1. Filipino owned MLM companies are a much viable option for Filipinos to join into than International MLM companies because the owners are pinoy, so with that, a passive trust relationship is built. Another thing is that the community in Filipino owned MLM Companies mostly consist of members of the same nationality, unlike that of International MLM Companies.

2. It's easier for Filipinos to market the products traditionally becuase there Filipino owned MLM companies have a lot of offices within the country. International MLM companies, however, have minimal number of offices since most of them only have one head quarters in each country so that they can focus on reaching other countries.

3. Payouts and payment methods are easier in Filipino owned MLM companies than in International MLM companies. Few filipinos use credit cards / paypal for online transactions and most network marketers here in our country don't use those payment platforms.

4. If there's a problem with their account or their product, they can easily go to the office and inform the management of what's wrong. For international companies, there are a lot of gateways to pass through before your query will be solved.

5. Filipino Owned MLM companies have cheaper than International MLM Companies.

Why some Filipinos choose International MLM Companies

1. Most of the International MLM Companies have a product sales based compensation plan. Most Filipino owned MLM companies are sticking to the traditional binary compensation plan that involves outright commissions from distributors that join, and this disqualifies a lot of local MLM companies in DSAP's 4th rule for Direct Selling Companies.

2. Products are high end and most are really of high quality. Most International MLM companies allot a very high marketing budget to drive people to buy their product. They make use of video testimonials, video presentations, webinars and more in order to conduct more sales and distributors for the company. For Filipino owned MLM companies, the marketing budget is not that high because the strategy used by these companies are focusing on word of mouth advertising, where distributors sell and invite people through their warm market.

3. Some International MLM companies provide autoshipment, where the shipment fee is covered by the company and buyers will just have to go to a distributor's replicated page to order the product. As far as I know, there's no local MLM company who has this feature.

4. Passive income is generated through repeat sales because of Monthly maintenance. Required monthly orders of products is used as a platform for all its distributors to sell the product. Some distributors benefit from this and some don't. Those who are not good at selling will suffer and break away from the opportunity, while those who are focused on selling the products, will really receive passive income in the long run.

5. Most International MLM companies have partnerships with communities, associations and other companies which then improves their reputation and credibility.

6. Most International MLM companies focus on products than recruitment. If you try to recruit people into these companies, chances are that your recruits will break away from the opportunity. If recruitment is the focus of the distributor in international MLM companies, he will not be able to develop or build an organization because for a person to prosper here, he needs to train people to sell the products of the company.

In my opinion, international MLM companies are way better than local ones because the products are better, the compensation plans are better, there are more incentives and features provided by the companies, you get to meet a lot of people from different cultures and you will be able to obtain a lot of knowledge from the trainings provided by professional marketers in the company. I'm not saying that local MLMs are bad, it's just that joining an international MLM company is a better option.
