MGH Global Vision Corporation started last 2011 with its founder Hob Khadka. MGH Global is currently marketed in 7 countries: Thailand, Malaysia, India, Qatar, Nigeria, Singapore, and lastly, Philippines. MGH Global started to tap the market of our country last july and the company is currently in the Pioneering stage here in the Philippines.

To determine if MGH Global is a scam or not, I will use my 10 point list and DSAP's 8 point check list.

1. Product / Service - MGH Global provides multiple products that are currently marketable here in the Philippines. One product that's unique in MGH Global is its Power Bank because not many MLMs have gadgets as their product. In terms of price, some MGH Global's products are not within the acceptable price range. One of those MGH Global products is the Neon Energy drink, which actually costs around P130 - P150 which is quite expensive. All in all, MGH Global has some good products fit for resale and some that are quite expensive in my opinion.

2. Compensation Plan - MGH Global's compensation plan is purely product based, meaning distributors will receive profits from product sales made by the distributor or other MGH Global distributors. To make things simple, 10% of the sales value of other distributors will be received by the person who invited them to the company MGH Global. If recruitment were to stop, distributors will still receive profits from product sales.

3. Progress - MGH Global is currently in the Pioneering stage here in the Philippines. There are not a lot of people who are marketing this company for now since it is relatively new here in our country. What's good about MGH Global is that the owner meets with the management here in the Philippines to see the progress of the company in terms of marketing.

4. Reputation - MGH Global has established a good reputation in other countries but here in the Philippines, since they have just started, it cannot be evaluated as of now. Internationally, MGH Global is credible enough since the company is a member of International Association of Direct Selling Companies (IADSAC) and MLMIA. MGH Global is also an avid participant of Asian Networkers Convention.

5. Monthly Maintenance - MGH Global promotes monthly maintenance for its distributors to focus on product sales than that of recruitment. The monthly maintenance is also within acceptable price range (P750).

6. Incentives - MGH Global has 2 forms of incentives, one for rank and one for sales achievement. These incentives are doable as long as the distributor is able to sell a certain volume of products.

7. Legalities - MGH Global is legal in all 7 countries. The company has all the documentations needed in order to operate in each country.

8. Reach - MGH Global is currently has 7 countries as their network and a few months time, the company will tap other countries as well. They also have offices in each country and they operate both offline and online.

9. Testimonials - MGH Global does not have much product testimonials from the Philippines as of now since it has just started but in terms of the Power Bank product, there are no complaints about it as of now since they offer 6 months warranty for that.

10. Partnerships - MGH Global is partnered with Dream One Investment, a thailand investment company owned by Hob Khadka. MGH Global is also a member of MLMIA, IADSAC and Asian Networkers.

In summary, MGH Global passed my 10 point check list. Let's now test if the MGH Global can pass the DSAP's 8 point check list.

1. Is there a product? PASSED
Yes. MGH Global has products and you get to choose which one you can avail when you become a distributor.

2. Are commissions paid on sale of products and not on registration/entry fees? PASSED
MGH Global pays distributors based on sales and not when people register into the company.

3. Is the intent to sell a product not a position? PASSED
MGH Global does not sell positions or securities. They sell Health and Wellness products, gadgets and accesories.

4. Is there no direct correlation between the number of recruits and compensation? PASSED
There is no direct correlation between recruits and compensation. MGH Global pays the distributors based on 10% of the sales generated by their organization.

5. If recruitment were to be stopped today, will the participants still make money? PASSED
Yes. MGH Global distributors will still earn money from product sales made through their organization.

6. Is there a reasonable product return policy? PASSED
Yes. There is 6 months warranty for gadgets. In cases of refund or return of products, it will be subjected for discussion with the management of the country.

7. Do products have fair market value? PASSED
Yes. Most of MGH Global's products are marketable and they are not overpriced.

8. Is there a compelling reason to buy? PASSED
Yes. MGH Global products are useful to individuals who buy them. One example is their Power Bank, which most people with mobile phones need.

All in all, MGH Global passed the DSAP's 8 point check list which makes them a Legit Direct Selling Company. So, do you think MGH Global is considered a scam? From the looks of it and from my own analysis through the 2 checklists done, I assure you that MGH Global is not a scam!
