Supreme Wealth Alliance is a network marketing company that's online based with physical address based in Belize. They started last 2012 and briefly stopped to relaunch with a new compensation plan. SWA has been on going since 2012, and most of their members are from Asian countries, actually mostly Filipinos. Their product is their Learning resource called the SWA Library, a collection of E-books that can help you learn a lot of things in online marketing and personal development.

To determine if Supreme Wealth Alliance is a scam or not, I will use my 10 point list and DSAP's 8 point check list

1. Product / Service - Supreme Wealth Alliance has their trainings and E-books as their product. Some of these E-books are free and can be retrieved online, while some are paid E-books which can also be downloaded illegaly online through Torrents (that's why others still call them free lol). What they are really selling is the learning resource that will help people prosper in Online marketing. Their products are not actually fit for resale since you need to become a member to access these E-books. Since as distributors you aren't able to sell them, there's no other options for you to earn money here except through recruitment.

2. Compensation Plan - Supreme Wealth Alliance compensation plan is purely recruitment based. You get to earn money from members signing up under your organization. There is no product movement being focused on since there will be no repeat buyers / signups and no sales generated from selling the products.

3. Progress - Supreme Wealth Alliance is currently in the production stage here in the Philippines. A lot of people are joining the company and they are actually doing good since they are still active after 2 years. Another thing is that there are many people marketing the company so they have quite a good network reach if you ask me.

4. Reputation - Supreme Wealth Alliance has always been the target of negativity since it's conception. If you try to search SWA on google, you will find a lot of negative blog and conspiracy posts. Regardless, SWA's reputation has been tarnished by a lot of professional network marketers and naysayers, saying that it's a pyramid scheme.

5. Monthly Maintenance - Supreme Wealth Alliance has no monthly maintenance since they don't have a product fit for resale.

6. Incentives - Supreme Wealth Alliance has incentives that can be obtained if you're able to build a certain number of distributors under your organization.

7. Legalities - Supreme Wealth Alliance is now currently legal in the Philippines, with documents of SEC and an office in Makati.

8. Reach - Supreme Wealth Alliance has global reach because marketers are mostly online based. Since Social media and cyber space is target platform for marketing SWA, almost everyone in the world can become a member.

9. Testimonials - Supreme Wealth Alliance testimonials are mostly about payout proofs and not how the products helped the distributors.

10. Partnerships - Supreme Wealth Alliance, as far as I know, is not a member of any MLM organization (I need to double check this).

In summary, Supreme Wealth Alliance garnered 3 points out of my 10 point check list . Let's now test if Supreme Wealth Alliance can pass the DSAP's 8 point check list.

1. Is there a product? FAILED
Yes. Supreme Wealth Alliance has products but they are not fit for resale, nor can you sell the product to non-members.

2. Are commissions paid on sale of products and not on registration/entry fees? FAILED
Supreme Wealth Alliance pays distributors based on the number of recruits in their organization.

3. Is the intent to sell a product not a position? FAILED
Supreme Wealth Alliance focuses on selling the earning opportunity, rather than people benefiting from the SWA library or their trainings.

4. Is there no direct correlation between the number of recruits and compensation? FAILED
The number of recruits is equal to the compensation that will be given. No recruits means no compensation

5. If recruitment were to be stopped today, will the participants still make money? FAILED
Supreme Wealth Alliance can only continue to grow if new members join the company. If no one joins, market saturation will occur.

6. Is there a reasonable product return policy? FAILED
Supreme Wealth Alliance does not have a product return policy since what you are paying for is the membership fee.

7. Do products have fair market value? FAILED
Supreme Wealth Alliance products does not have fair market value since most of the E-books are free online, they are not fit for resale and the value of the product will be dependent on how much the user has learned and applied what was taught.

8. Is there a compelling reason to buy? FAILED
No. The products will only be helpful to people who are really going to venture in online marketing.

All in all, Supreme Wealth Alliance garnered 0 out of 8 of the DSAP's 8 point check list which provides a possibility that the company itself is a Pyramid Scheme. So, do you think Supreme Wealth Alliance is considered a scam? For now, since it's still providing payouts to its members, I won't consider it a scam but in my opinion, it really is a recruitment scheme and people are only earning out of recruited members.

Is it a pyramid or recruitment scheme? I can say yes.
Is it a scam? As of now it isn't.
Is it legal in the Philippines? Yes it is because they have the necessary documents.
Can I make money out of this opportunity? Of course! But you'll need to recruit to earn money.
